Our Cancellation Policy
To ensure the smooth operation of our services and accommodate the needs of all our patients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
Cancellation Notice
Patients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation of any scheduled appointment.
- We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Without this notice, a cancellation fee will apply.
- For late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged €40.
- For late cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice you will be charged FULL treatment fee of your treatment fee.
- Failure to attend your appointment will result in the full fee being charged.
Payment Process
The cancellation fee will be sent to the patient directly and must be settled prior to scheduling any future appointments.
Exceptions
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the discretion of ReJoyce Physiotherapy. Patients are encouraged to communicate any exceptional circumstances as soon as possible via email, phone or text.
Rescheduling Appointments:
Patients who wish to reschedule their appointments are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid incurring the cancellation fee. By scheduling an appointment with ReJoyce Physiotherapy, patients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
